What is Online Proctoring?

Webcam and Testing Information

How much bandwidth is required for Respondus Monitor to run?

高速宽带互联网连接是参加Respondus Monitor系统中的Canvas考试所必需的. A minimum bandwidth of 2 Mbps is recommended Respondus Monitor. 测试失败的最常见原因是连接问题或网速慢.

Here are a few other tips to troubleshoot issues you may be having:

  • Reboot your computer just before starting the test.
  • Ensure you have closed other programs.
